Bayside PONY Baseball and Softball League is proud to have hosted the Major League Baseball® Pitch, Hit, and Run™ (PHR™) event for Hampton Roads!

MLB® Pitch, Hit, and Run™ is the official youth skills competition of the MLB®.  This is a FREE event, and registration is open for all area youth ages 7 to 14 years old for both baseball and softball competitions, regardless of league affiliation or unaffiliated status.
PHR™ is for everyone, and Bayside PONY is for all who love the game. Participants have the chance to compete and earn a spot in a Team Championship or National Finals, which will be held during the MLB® WORLD SERIES™. 

Competition is grouped by age and sport:

Baseball Division

• 7-8
• 9-10
• 11-12
• 13-14

Softball Division

• 7-8
• 9-10
• 11-12
• 13-14
